NB.
- The above prices are for occupancy of up to 8 people. Additional persons are charged at £50 / 75 euros each.
- A winter heating supplement applies in the winter months of £40 / 60 euros.

Villa Availability
We would always ask you to check on the availability of the Villa by telephoning 07720 150050 in the first instance. Once this has been completed and a provisional reservation made, we would ask you to return the Booking Form (see below) as soon as possible and make your deposit payment.
The property is normally available for booking from Saturday to Saturday only and will be available for occupation from 4.00 p.m. on the date of arrival.
On departure day, the property must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.
At quieter times of the year, we are happy to accept bookings of a shorter duration and there will be less problems over arrival and departure times. Full information is available from ourselves on request.
Booking Form and Deposit
Booking formReturning the Booking Form to us will enable you to confirm your booking immediately. Rental rates and the cost of any optional extras will be detailed to you in a separate price list. Please send with the Booking Form, a deposit of 30% of the total Booking Fee. This deposit is non refundable. The balance of the Booking Fee is due eight weeks before departure, at which time you will also be asked to pay a £200 Damage/Key Deposit which is refundable within fourteen days of your return date assuming there has been no damage to the villa and the keys have been returned.
If you are making a booking within eight weeks of departure, then the full balance of rental payment falls due at the time of booking together also with the £200 Damage/Key Deposit.

We regret that we cannot accept credit cards.
Once we receive your Booking Form, we will return to you a confirmation of booking/invoice and receipt. The balance of booking fee and all outstanding monies will become due eight weeks in advance of departure. Once this payment has been received from you, along with details of your flight arrival times, your final booking confirmation will be issued, and you will also be advised of travel directions and key collection arrangements. These are normally issued at least two weeks prior to departure.
£200 Damage/Key Deposit
Once we receive your Damage/Key Deposit security, this will be paid into our client bank account as security for damage against the villa. After your departure, our representatives will inspect the villa, ensuring that there has been no financial damage to the property. Once the inspection has been made, and the keys have been returned safely either to the agents or to ourselves in the UK, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your return home date.
Included in the Villa Booking Fee
The price quoted to you for the villa are for weekly villa rental. The price is for the property and includes electricity, gas, bed linen and towels for eight people.
A surcharge is made if your party is made up of additional people, with a maximum of 10 to occupy the villa at any time.
- Additional heating charge may be applied to winter bookings between November and March.
- Long term winter lets may be available – please ask for details.
- During July and August we normally accept bookings of two weeks or more or on occasions single weeks may be available – please ask for details.
Optional Extras
We try at all times to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide you with a high standard of service, with the villa furnished to a high standard.
We can arrange for the following if so required:-
- A linen change during the middle of the holiday for stays of two weeks or more.
- A mid holiday clean throughout the villa again for stays of two weeks or more.
- Provision of high chair.
- Provision of folding cot.
- Additional beds to increase your party size to a maximum of 10 inclusive of bed linen pack and towels.
- A starter grocery pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, breakfast cereal, bread, butter, jam, drinking water, fruit juice (this can be particularly useful if your flight arrives late at night).
